I stepped out to the front yard after dinner, ran into Shotzie for a chat. Debbie came out with these 9 egg rolls. She bought one for each of us.

Another Dinner!

Teresa Jacobson was planning to bring over a ham with this dinner but unfortunately the one she purchased was bad. She brought over what she had which was wonderful...salad, grapes, cherry tomatoes, devil eggs and bread. Who need a ham? We thawed some of the chicken and veggie soup the Hoobers gave the day before and voila, dinner is served.

Another refigerator load of food!

Lisa a mid-wife friend of Catherine gave this trunk load of food to our family today.

Amazing, isn't it? I would like to remind the reader that all of these gifts are unsolicited and that we have 8 children and that I am the sole income provider of our home. I don't make much money, but we resolved to obey God in having the wife of this family (Catherine) a stay at home mom. God in turn has daily shown His faithfulness.
Please read the intro to this blog.

Our good friend Sarah Saville brought all of these good things to our home tonight. She went to a website called momsbyheart.com and got all these amazing coupon deals. The exceptions are the baby clothes (in bag) that she is lending, the home made muffins, cookie dough in front and the diapers and wipes which were a birth present.

God Provides Amish Bread

JoAnn O'Rourke brought over this loaf of Amish bread.

Amish bread is made by adding flour and a few other ingredients to fermented batter that a friend shared with you. You split the new batter in two, bake one half into a loaf and share the remaining batter with a friend who in turn repeats the process.

It's a fun way to share and get treats.
